DR. SANDHYA GUDAPATI
Specializes in adult, adolescent and child psychiatry. She brings extensive training and continuing education in the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders with pharmacology management. She has been in private practice since 1991. Born and raised in the southern part of India. Dr. Gudapati attended medical school at Osmania Medical College upon graduation she came to the United States to continue her studies. She did her residency in psychiatry at the University of Nebraska where she finished her general psychiatry training. She also attained her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Gudapati believes that there is always more to be learned and mastered.
DR. SHEELA SURAPANENI
Dr. Surapaneni is trained as an adult psychiatrist in Augustus Hawkins psychiatric program and did substance abuse fellowship in UCLA drug and alcohol program. She is practicing since last 18 years and gained experience in treating various populations and strongly believes that multidisciplinary approach is the best way to treat mental illness.
SANDRA HAYDEN, LCSW
A Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She is has done her graduation in Psychology and her Master in Social Work from Cal State, Long Beach. She is a certified EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) therapist and specializes in the area of trauma. With her years of experience she can give therapy to clients with post traumatic stress disorder, panic disorder, anxiety disorder, depressive disorders, bipolar disorder, low self esteem, relationships conflict, parenting, anger management, issues related grief and loss, life issues and employment stress.

TERRY MAHER, LCSW
A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with a B.A. in Psychology from California State University Long Beach, and an MSW from University of Southern California with an emphasis on mental health services. He has experience providing: individual and group therapy with adults, therapy and behavior modification with at risk youth and their families, language and skill building with autistic children and developmentally disabled adults, vocational training with special education students, substance abuse counseling, therapy with the chronic and persistently mentally ill, as well as in home grief counseling with older adults. He has 12 years of experience working with families and adolescents in crisis.
LYNNE PALMER, MFT
A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in adolescent and adult issues. She is a graduate from California State University, Fullerton and has Masters degree in Psychology from Chapman University with emphasis on marriage, family and child. She brings with her several years of counseling experience. She has rendered therapy and has addressed issues of domestic violence, alcohol and drug abuse, sexual abuse and gender issues, anger management. Ms Palmer works on setting up goals with her clients and then helps them focus on those in her therapy sessions. She is very dedicated and guides the client to strive and reach for the set up goals.
KATHERINE VILCHEZ, MFT
I have extensive experience with those experiencing depression, anxiety, life changes, divorce, and grief issues. You would benefit in therapy with me if you are looking to improve your quality of life, particularly with interpersonal relationships. I assist managing current life stresses and interpersonal conflict. Often, clients need support through minor or major transitions in life. My approach to therapy includes the use cognitive behavioral techniques as well as a focus on family dynamics. I make extra efforts to build upon a client’s strengths. Because thoughts and feelings have a great impact on our well being, I strive to strengthen self understanding as well as communication. I work with clients from age 3 and up. I am bilingual in Spanish/English.
ELVIA CORREA-DIAZ, LCSW
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W), I work with individuals and families to make a therapeutic connection by giving them the tools, skills and confidence they need to lead the lives they want. I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California with over 30 years of clinical experience. As a bilingual, Spanish and English therapist I have worked with Clients from many countries that are experiencing traumatic changes in their lives. My experience includes managing my own private practice in Los Angeles from 1989 to 1998, there I focused on providing treatment to children, adolescents, couples, and families where many of my clients suffered from Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorders (ADHD), domestic violence, child abuse, substance abuse, gender identity issues, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or were victims of violent crime.
